Gertrud Schlesinger, husband Moritz Eisenstaedt, was reported dead. The report was entered in the Central Repository of Holocaust Victims at Yad Veshem on 3 Aug 1969 by her brother Frank Schlesinger (800 Bronx River Road, Bronxville, NY). He said that her place of death was unknown and that she had been taken from her home at 93 Paulsborner Strasse, Berlin. At the time of his report, Frank believed Moritz to have died in 1941 at the age of about 59 years. Frank also recorded that Gertrud had a daughter named Gert [seems unlikely that it would be the same as her mother], aged 26 at the age of her death. Witness Sheet
